Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

Items are missing from your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
Opened or used products.
Conditions for Return
Products must be in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned items are inspected.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.
Exchange Option
If the item is available, you may choose to exchange it instead of requesting a refund.
